Trekking Mount Tambora is a once a lifetime experience. It is an exhausting hike to the summit, but not technically challenging. That means that most people can accomplish this trekking. TIME & PROGRAMME
DAY 1
Pick up airport Sultan Salahuddin Bima, drop to Doropeti, Overnight di Doropeti (Local House)
Lunch in Dompu on the way to Doropeti (Personal Account)
Dinner with local food in Doropeti
DAY 2
After breakfast, you will be on trail Adventure riding through vast Savanna of Doropeti heading to Pos I, II dan III. Arrive at Pos III late afternoon. Overnight at Pos III.
Lunch at Pos I. Dinner at at Pos III
DAY 3
Quick breakfast early morning at Pos III, 02.00am. trek to the Rim of Tambora Trek to the Rim by 03am, arrive at RIM 05.00am before Sunrise.
Down the RIM back to Pos III, packing and Ride down to Doropeti.
Arrive at Doropeti in the Afternoon, (Lunch on the way back to Doropeti) Trip proceed to the town of Dompu. Overnight in Rinjani Hotel-Dompu. (hotel personal account).
DAY 4
Breakfast in hotel, 07.00am Transfer out to Sultan Salahuddin Airport -Bima
Check In airport 08.00am.
